Intermaher exhibits its most representative Mazak machines at the BIEMH 2014

Intermaher is once again present at the BIEMH with its stand of more than 300 m2 -pavilion 2 booth D-19 and F-20—presenting a sample of Mazak machines, firm that has been trading for almost four decades.

VTC80030SR and VRXi800 machining center

The Mazak machining center of 5 axes has tilting head and mobile column with table 3.500 x 820 mm. It offers great performance thanks to its ISO40 head of 18.000 rpm y 47 HP and its very rigid structure, combined with internal cooling in head and spindles to achieve optimal stability.

Mazak VTC80030SR

The Mazak machining center of 5 axes and gantry VRXi800 supports a part size D800xH630 (D1000xH500) mm, with ISO50 head 10.000 rpm y 60 HP. Its design provides great rigidity and precision thanks to its gantry structure., double support tilt table, rotary drives with 'roller gear cam' and crossed roller guides in all axes.

Integrex i400S turning and milling center

Integrez i400S is a turning and milling center with 2 heads: head 1 turning 3.300 rpms/40 hp y cabezal 2 turning 4.000 rpms/35 hp, as well as the milling head 12.000 rpm/30 HP. Its maximum cutting diameter is 658 mm, with a step bar 102 mm and a machining length 1.519 mm.

QTNexus Lathe 350 MSY

Lathe with live tool and Y axis with 2 plates of 12″ (30 kW) y 10″ (26 kW), con 1.500 mm between points. Its maximum cutting diameter is 420 mm. Y axis of 150 mm. Its cooled head, integrated and with a step bar 102 mm brings productivity and precision.

Optiplex laser cutting machine 3015 Fiber 2 kW

Fiber laser cutting machine 3.000 x 1.500 mm is very fast and with reduced consumption.
