Premios Aspromec

The Association of Professionals for the Competitiveness of Machining It is committed to promoting competitiveness among companies in the sector, highlighting aspects such as training, internationalization, the Spain brand or investment in technological equipment. One of the most effective ways to recognize and give visibility to the enormous effort promoted by these companies, as the engine of the industrial fabric of our country, is through the organization of the Aspromec Awards .

Mechanizers, tractor companies, technology centers, universities, suppliers, innovation centers, administrations, training centers, sector groups and institutions linked to the world of machining have an annual appointment at the Luchana Theater in Madrid. An event that highlights the activity and development of actors in the world of machining, while creating synergies between different professionals.

Motor de la industria mecanizadora

Since its founding, Aspromec intends to become a spokesperson for the machining sector in Spain and, to promote its business activity, it promotes initiatives that promote its growth and international expansion. For this, Aspromec organizes encounters that enhance the competitiveness and open new business opportunities , in addition to making tools available to companies that promote networking , direct contact with Potential customers and increase your visibility on a stage more and more digitized .

The Aspromec Awards were born after the participatory success of the Machining Meetings , which are organized throughout the Spanish geography; and the development of Machining Platform , where the business opportunities between the different business actors. Activities that complement each other and that seek to respond to the conclusions of the AVIVA study presented by Aspromec.
A observatory of the machining industry , where future trends are provided for a transformation towards Industry 4.0 . But it is also vital to invest in I + D + I , as a true engine of growth, to contribute technological solutions that contribute to improving production processes and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals .

Referente del sector metalmecánico

In the latest edition of the Aspromec Awards , a round table was organized to draw the future lines of the machining industry. Francisco Moreno Gil , president of Aspromec, acted as moderator of the meeting ‘Machining in Industry 4.0 seen from the inside ‘, which also participated Alfredo López-Díez , Head of Advanced Engineering at ITP Aero; Augusto Escudero Luengo , Chief Dept. Engineer Factory Engine of Renault Spain and A urelio Rafael Guzón , Managing Director of Faymasa.

This interesting debate highlighted the need to cooperation among companies in the sector and, above all, the enhancement of internationalization as a way to its growth and strengthening within the industrial fabric. In fact, of the 6,000 machining companies that exist in Spain, half do not sell outside their autonomous community and 80% have never exported outside the country. The keys to adapt to the new market demands, to promote the digital transformation of the industry and to value the training in the new technologies to guarantee the generational relief .
